How fast do you actually reply?
As quickly as we can, and you never have to wait on us — call 1-800-406-5564 and talk to someone directly. We would rather publish a real median here, once we have enough booked trips to prove one, than commit to a number we have not earned yet.
How many players do you need?
None in particular. We book single tee times for individuals and pairs, and trips for groups up to about forty. Larger outings and shotgun starts need more notice.
How far ahead should I book?
For peak season — January through April in Scottsdale — the good tee times go months out. Off-peak we can often work with a couple of weeks. Ask either way; we will tell you honestly what is left.
Do you book flights and hotels?
Not flights. We will help with lodging near the courses you are playing if you want it, but the golf is the job we do properly.
What if the weather turns?
Course policies vary and we will tell you each one up front. If a round is cancellable we handle the cancellation and the refund; you do not chase the pro shop.
Can I request specific courses?
Yes, and you should. Put them in the notes on the request form. If we think a course is not worth its rate that week we will say so, but it is your trip.
Who am I actually talking to?
A person who books Scottsdale golf and has played the courses being recommended. The same person from the first call through to the last round.
